Experience:

Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and statistics and superb attention to detail.
Expertise in finance management, and the ability to track expenses, analyze tax reports, and create spreadsheets.
Experience Requirements
10+years of experience in a managerial HR or accounting role.
The applicants must have knowledge of work with field management for financial procedure.
Strong time-management skills.
Understanding of national and international financial regulations.
Capacity to work under pressure and manage personal stress levels.
Job Requirement
Work with and support Budget Holders/ project managers in budget preparations, revisions, monitoring and follow ups.
Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including regular cash verification, cash advances reconciliations, monthly cash books closing and timely submission of accounts to the finance desk.
Prepare for, manage and support internal and external field financial audits.
Train the project team in basic accounting records and reporting.
Responsible for all staff induction and orientation on all HR and admin related policies.
Meet the finance and HR related administrative requirements, donors, local legislation, suppliers, contractors, employees and any other stakeholders, so that the functions run with integrity.
Prepare the monthly payroll and payments for staff salaries and / or allowances in accordance with employment regulations, ensuring that all required statutory deductions are made and paid.
Support the Program Manager in reporting to donors.

MASTUL FOUNDATION (MF) is looking for a seasoned, ethical, and highly organized HR Finance Manager to lead and provide oversight to our HR and finance teams!
Job Responsibilities
Define, create, and oversee the implementation of a long-term finance management strategy, ensuring that all transactions are conducted in a manner compliant with our organization policy.
Supervise our finance team’s day-to-day activities, such as checking employee records, collecting payroll information, processing invoices, and analyzing tax reports
Conduct payroll and billing audits on a monthly basis to ensure the accuracy of our financial statements
Assess our staffing needs and track time-to-hire and recruiting costs, including expenditures on sourcing, advertising, and onboarding
Evaluate our training needs, manage our training budget, and monitor the allocation of resources to our training and development programs
Provide oversight to our Training Officers and evaluate the cost-effectiveness of our onboarding process, workshops, and other learning programs
Ensure that all expenditures are within our budget, compile spending reports, and allocate resources to specific HR programs as instructed by our HR Director.
