Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
∎ Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
∎ Support performance management, appraisal, and employee development programs.
∎ Maintain and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
∎ Coordinate employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
∎ Manage HR operations, documentation, and HRIS.
∎ Work closely with departmental heads to forecast manpower needs.
∎ Generate reports and assist HR Manager in strategic planning.
