∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare different analytical reports on attendance, manpower / planning, payroll, organogram, performance management etc.
∎ Managing the overall HR related activities of the Factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ Guide HR / Welfare officers to ensure good work environment in production floor
∎ Making HR policy, procedure, implementation and followup

Salary: Negotiable
