Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and organizing talent development initiatives.
∎ Preparing quarterly talent development plan and budget.
∎ Developing SMART performance targets (KPIs) for each function within the organization.
∎ Managing effective performance management & evaluation.
∎ Assisting in developing organizational policies and processes.
∎ Providing creative ideas for increasing employee engagement and taking initiatives accordingly.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
