∎ JOB PURPOSE: Data & IT Support Manager will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and managing data and IT system
∎ related activities. In this regard, the person will extend required supports to the team and the stakeholders in
∎ order to ensure professional and reliable service deliveries of assigned microinsurance products and services

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and analyzing data; monitoring & evaluation of insurance related data quality in the system and identifying/correcting inconsistencies.
∎ Maintaining coordination and collaboration with internal and external technology team with the view of
∎ ensuring reliable data and technological service delivery;
∎ Exploring and implementing suitable data and IT solutions for the further improvement of products and
∎ services;
∎ Providing Data and IT support to the team and stakeholder for the purpose of performance evaluation,
∎ reporting, capacity building, product development & review, planning etc.
∎ Providing support for the active collection of information and relevant samples during project activities; and assist in providing solutions and tools and platforms for field data collection and data storage/collation/analysis and provide assistance and training on the use of these tools.
∎ Visiting field offices to provide technical support and assessing the need of the field staff for the further
∎ capacity development.
∎ Planning, organizing and delivering data and technology related training/webinar/meeting/online learning, etc.
∎ Develop and prepare various data tables, graphs, and various reports to respond to request from a variety of sources
