Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to lead and co-ordinate all types of Buyer's/ Social Compliance Audit & organize the factory;
∎ Experience on BWB, SLCP, H&M PD and Puma Enablon, SMETA/ETI, FLA, BSCI & EU, SCS/C-TPAT/GSV UK & USA buyers Compliance requirements;
∎ Sound knowledge on BLL-2006, BLR-2015, BNBC-2020, NFPA & ACCORD/RSC, Alliance/Nirapon standards;
∎ Conduct regular basis Internal Audits and report share with the factory concerned;
∎ Prepare third-party or buyers audit CAP Report independently & day-to-day audit follow-up
∎ Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Program and run day-to-day operation;
∎ Monitor Regulatory activities to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends;
∎ Coordinate the identification and tracking, in conjunction with the business and regional support lawyers, of potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues;
∎ Develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers;
∎ Arrange various training sessions to meet the compliance requirement;
∎ Time to time reporting to the line Manager & meet the official requirements accordingly;
∎ Provide necessary support to the Head of Department.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Abel to work under reputed Buyer: H&M, PUMA, C&A, Bestseller, George, Ralph Lauren, VF Asia, Next, New Times, Inditex, GAP etc. Must have H&M PD, Puma Enablon validation completion experience, and Computer knowledge.
∎ Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Writing).
