Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop, review and implement compensation strategy for the organisation
∎ Assist to design and review organizational structure (Organogram) for different new and existing projects, Manpower analysis, Analyze the job responsibilities of positions to fix grade using job evaluation tool.
∎ Provide necessary support to HR Partners to finalize workforce budget for existing and new projects.
∎ Assist to review existing benefits arrangement policies through proper analysis of facts and cost impact.
∎ Ensure compensation and benefit plans are cost effective and competitive.
∎ Ensure yearly compensation events like; cost of living adjustment, grade and salary review etc. runs smoothly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel
∎ Compensation and benefit strategy and practices
∎ Human Resources Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, compensation and benefits, labor relations and information systems.
∎ Job Evaluation method and organizational structure
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in the field of Compensation and benefits is required
