∎ Masters in Social Science/ LLM or any other relevant subject from any recognised university

Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: To conduct capacity building and training initiatives on women empowerment, legal protection, community mobilization and addressing VAWC issues. The position will also analyze the training needs of both programme staff and community for quality programme implementation.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate and organize different types of training (both offline and online) for programme staff and community level stakeholders using appropriate methods and techniques
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly training plans and conduct training needs assessment
∎ Develop a training pool by proving TOT and ensure the quality of training
∎ Support to develop new training courses and manuals based on training needs
∎ Prepare training and capacity building materials for programme stakeholders
∎ Evaluate training sessions/courses, and regular follow up with the participants
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly training report and send it to respective supervisor
∎ Collect, preserve and use related necessary information related with training and capacity building
∎ Participate actively in different forums (Training, Meeting, Workshop, Seminar etc.) for self-development
∎ Co-ordinate with outside the Program / Department and within the Program/Department

Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to communicate with diverse people
∎ Able to use of innovative techniques and tools and prepare adequate lesson plan
∎ Good training facilitation, presentation and communication skills
∎ Clear idea about women empowerment, legal aid, community mobilization and addressing VAWC issues
∎ knowledge on training materials, tools and techniques development and Training Needs Assessment
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
