∎ JOB PURPOSE: Analyse and carry out the people management aspects within the organisation achieve to strategic goals.
∎ Location: BRAC Head Office
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyse staff need assessment in Microfinance field operation
∎ Assist in staff's overall Performance Management System- timely PMS objecting setting review and yearly evaluation and capacity development
∎ Assist and follow up on different leadership pools and development plan
∎ Follow up and keep updated on withdrawal, PIP, and weak staff
∎ Keep regular updates and follow up in grievance and complaint management
∎ Plan and implement Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) deployment for Load branch management
∎ Manage and follow up of project and service staff (CSA, Cook, Night guard etc) management
∎ Follow up on staff's health insurance and take immediate action for long pending claims
∎ Carry out employee motivation and engagement
∎ Assist senior manager with required reporting and generating insights for better business strategy and implementation
∎ Write circulars and office memos as per business requirements
∎ Collaborate with Support units and work as per business agendas
∎ Effective communications with external and internal stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ Adequate knowledge of performance management system
∎ Knowledge of handling people management Issues
∎ Excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is required
