Experience:
MBA in Human Resource Management OR Post Graduation in any discipline with PGDHRM / PGD in Social Compliance;
MPHRM or CP/SCP certification is preferable;
Must have a good academic record throughout.
At least 12-15 year(s) working experience in the RMG sector;
Must be through with BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Accord, Alliance, and CT-PAT;
SA; 8000 internal audit courses will get preference;
Sound knowledge in Bangladesh labor low-2006 & rules-2018;
Experience in conducting various Buyer & Compliance related audits;
Experience working with the export-oriented RMG-Textiles sector is required;
The applicants should have experience in the area of General HR & Administrative issues, Performance & Career Management, Compensation /Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection;
Adequate knowledge of MS Office package;
Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills;
Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).

Job Responsibilities:
Create and periodically review the HR policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications;
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc., and resolve issues and problems;
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, Monitoring, evaluating, and developing operation budgets relating to Administration within the department, and expenditures for the entire administrative operation in a cost-effective manner;
Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative;
Performing any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required for the organization;
Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and making sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees, and visitors;
Lead the factory HR, admin, and compliance team by ensuring the team is fully aware of their role and expectations & ensuring discipline and proper administrative control in the factory;
Manage and control departmental expenditures within the agreed budget;
Monitor, review, and implement policies and practices related to employee welfare;
Recruit, retain, and maintain a pool of talents in the organization as per business objectives by ensuring recruitment and other related policies;
Liaise with other functional/ departmental heads to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose, and achievements;
Ensure IR and employee relation issues are properly addressed, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended to as per the law of the land;
Implement various employee engagement initiatives to keep the workforce motivated and with high morale;
Ensure on-time performance appraisal and KPI review processes are maintained in the factory;
Develop subordinates and ensure good teamwork & to ensure continual improvement of the work process and self-development;
Coordinate with Group HR head for strategic HR matters.
As per company policy
