Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth execution of cutting production in the factory in accordance with the shipment schedule maintaining the buyer's specifications
∎ Coordinate with sampling & pattern, Fabrics store, Merchandising, Planning and Sewing departments to ensure that the fabrics are arrange well in the advance
∎ Ensure the Optimum productivity of cutting in accordance with IE requirement
∎ Have to make sure consumption of fabric perfectly
∎ Marker planning, calculating marker efficiency and work on saving fabric
∎ Should be familiar with Garber, Kuris, Spreader and CAD system software Winda, Gemini etc.
∎ Critical balancing of cutting lay as required by the styles
∎ Coordinating cutting section, Numbering & Bundling
∎ Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation
∎ Coordinate with cutting Manager and make the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan
∎ Ensure the Relax as per type of Fabrics
∎ Coordinate to Fix the daily production target as per discussion with Head of the Production to realize the target with quality
∎ Inform Cutting manager to take action in case of fabric fault found and to solve the root cause of the problem
∎ Any other work assigned as and when required by management.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
