Experience:
2-3 years of experience in Customer Care, Business Development and servicing of industrial machinery (Fresher’s with strong technical skills may apply).
Must have a basic understanding of boilers and industrial machinery.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and visit client locations.
Responsibilities:
Daily Customer Follow-Up: Regularly analyze customer needs and follow up via calls, emails, and SMS for optimal service.
Service Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the service team to resolve issues quickly and meet performance targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure ongoing communication, satisfaction, and timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
Inventory Management: Maintain and audit spare parts stock to ensure availability for service needs.
Documentation: Prepare accurate bills, challans, and work orders for all transactions.
Mobile bill, Sales incentives and bonuses.
Yearly salary review and performance-based on promotions.
