  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and servicing of industrial machinery (Fresher’s with strong technical skills may apply).

  • Must have a basic understanding of boilers and industrial machinery.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and visit client locations.



Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Customer Follow-Up: Regularly analyze customer needs and follow up via calls, emails, and SMS for optimal service.

  • Service Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the service team to resolve issues quickly and meet performance targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure ongoing communication, satisfaction, and timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain and audit spare parts stock to ensure availability for service needs.

  • Documentation: Prepare accurate bills, challans, and work orders for all transactions
