Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform as a communication link with workforce and management.
∎ Improve awareness of workforce regarding safety, health, housekeeping, service rules, benefits, legal rights, industrial relations etc applying appropriate training.
∎ Be vigilant to protect the facility from any zero-tolerant/ noncompliance act.
∎ Encourage productivity and efficiency through appropriate motivation.
∎ Similarly reduce absenteeism and migration.
∎ Monitor and execute all associated jobs to ensure sustainable compliant work situations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must be through on EPZ Law 2019, EPZ Rules 2022 & Bangladesh Labor Code 2006.
∎ Capable to conduct an inquiry and prepare the report in English independently.
∎ Possess adequate leadership quality.
∎ Orientation with buyers code of conduct or compliance guidelines are highly appreciable.
∎ Should be resided close to DEPZ area.
∎ Capable to write CAP (Corrective Action Plan).
∎ Experience within the EPZ is preferred.
