Responsibilities & Context:
  • Execute mission, vision & policies.

  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as CV sourcing,taking interview and onboarding.

  • Assist in preparing HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.)

  • Maintain and update employee files.

  • Maintain payroll (Salary Proceed to Disbursement)

  • Help in organizing training, workshop and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies, housekeeping, and logistics.

  • Monitor and coordinate office maintenance, transport and utility service.

  • supervise support staff to ensure discipline and efficiency.

  • Arrange and coordinate meeting (both internal and external) as per instruction of Managing Director.

  • Coordinating office management activities for the MD.

  • Convey the compiled instructions by MD to the concerned person and make regular follow up to ensure that the instructions are being executed properly.

  • Communicate with all concern regularly to know regarding the progress of the task.Prepare report on progress and submit to MD.

  • Prepare and send queries on behalf of MD to related concern.

  • Ensure receipt of logical answer against the sent queries from the concerned person on time.

  • Visit different place as per instruction of MD.

  • Making liaison with Government and non-Government offices for official purpose.

  • Preserve all important papers, documents and records of MD`s office.

  • Compose confidential letters and memorandum in response to inquiries.

  • Preparing agenda and collecting materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences, taking meeting minutes and keeping records of proceedings.

  • Planning and coordinating arrangements for professional conferences.

  • Coordinating and facilitating the Managing Director’s calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences.

  • Any other jobs assigned by the MD from time to time.
