Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
∎ Skills Required: Feed Mill Control Room Operating
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Control Room Operation and Maintenance, Feed Industries
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Maximum Production reducing waste time.
∎ Communicates with PM/PI for production schedule and discuss.
∎ Communicate with Sr. Engineer for problem solution and noting down the document.
∎ Maintain shift logbook or shift diary.
∎ Communicate with supervisor & medicine section for production control (RM Intake, Feed packing, Medicine ready etc.).
∎ Check the formulation sheet and entry the computer software.
∎ Check all the machines like floating extruder, pellet mill, hammer mill, mixer, cooler, and dryer to ensure the product quality.
∎ Prevent any type of adulteration in Feed.
∎ Give and ensure optimum production with Quality.
∎ Check every storage bin of raw materials and prevent any type of adulteration.
∎ Check and ensure oil and water Available.
∎ Ensure the mill is kept clean including the grounds surrounding the mill.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly routine preventative maintenance tasks including greasing bearings, checking gearboxes, inspection/tightening of belts, etc.
∎ Assist in repair and maintenance projects with the maintenance staff.
∎ Assist in maximizing the efficiency of the mill.
∎ Maintain every logbook like dumping, batching, hammering, oiling, cooling, and reporting to a superior.
∎ Check the hammer screen, Die, shifter screen in every shift.
∎ Check and ensures the finished product weight is no error.
∎ Checking formulation then running production and finally printout the report to send superior.
∎ Check the low level & high-level sensor in every shift.
∎ Communicate with engineering team and production team for low break down of machines.
∎ Check all the machine if find out any fault or error take instant decision & solve it immediately or inform the respective department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the Feed Industries will get preference;
∎ Good computer proficiency
