Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Should have Industrial Engineering (IE) background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Expats or Foreign candidates could be considered, Previous experience in quality or technical will be an added advantage, Quality IE
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be an expert on Production Management and especially new developments. Responsible for effective Production planning and efficiency implementation.
∎ Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meetings with merchandising & marketing for order planning.
∎ Building relationships with merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give a quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on-time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances. Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skill. Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame. Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning.
∎ Self-Motivated.
