Educational Requirements:
∎ Engineering background (Civil / EEE) shall be preferred.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Compliance will be welcome.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on Safety audit and social audit as Accord, Nirapon, BSCI, OCS, SEDEX, WRAP, CT-PAT, ISO, WCA etc.
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on Labor Law & BEPZA instruction 1 & 2.
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on Auto CAD.
∎ Ensure implementation of Compliance rules/regulations in the factory.
∎ Need to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in total factory premises.
∎ Need to prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ To assist in preparing/updating policies for compliance.
∎ To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, Security Awareness training, Environment safety etc. effectively.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Should have knowledge on Labor Law & BEPZA instruction 1 & 2, Legal Compliance etc.
∎ The applicants must have experience in Compliance, Health and Safety Management, Certification Audits.
∎ Knowledge on HIGG modules and capable of preparing all sorts of Audits Documentation will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with Management.
∎ Sound knowledge on computer application is imperative.
∎ Should have ability to face auditors of different buyers.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skill in necessary.
∎ Must have sound language proficiency in English.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
