Responsibilities & Context:
1. Supervise all activities of fisheries project.
2. Ensure proper fertilization and project maintenance.
3. Monitor workers and ensure assigned tasks are completed properly.
4. Ensure proper fish feeding, water quality, and health management.
5. Maintain records of cultivation, fertilizer use, and harvesting in agro/veg projects.
6. Coordinate with management for planning and improvement of production.
7. Maintain cleanliness and discipline in pond areas and garden places.
