Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Compliance Managers ensure that a garment factory complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka-Mirpur,
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of taking leadership of the overall HR & Compliance department in accordance with legal, labor, and payroll issues.
∎ Specialist and capable of performing various compliance audits, such as BSCI, Sedex, Higg FEM & FSLM, CTPAT, and Buyer CoC audit, as well as technical and product audits, such as GRS, OCS, GOTS, and OEKOTEX.
∎ To train workers on various topics.
∎ To handle all committees or units for smooth operation.
∎ Reporting to the buyer day to day affairs as required. Report to management as desired by management.
∎ It is important to communicate with RSC and have an understanding of their audits.
