Educational Requirements:
∎ At least a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a relevant field

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for reward design, Compensation & Benefits
∎ Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget.
∎ Designs and develops compensation policies.
∎ Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization.
∎ Monitor the collection and input all relevant information for the monthly payroll (including new starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, and sickness absence payments, maternity).
∎ Monitor the identification and up gradation of resignation of employees.
∎ Conducting audits on a regular basis and also preparing reports
∎ Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
∎ Monitor the Final Settlement of leavers.
∎ Issuance of tax & salary certificate
∎ Executing increment adjustments
∎ Monitor the Up gradation of confirmation information and preparation of confirmation letter.
∎ Monitor the Renewal process of life & health Insurance
∎ Monitor timely notification to insurance company about employees' medical issue
∎ Monitor timely submission of claim paper to the company
∎ Using various techniques and methods for making decisions on direct and indirect financial compensations as well as nonfinancial compensations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Core Competencies:
∎ Ability to work with minimum error
∎ Ability to work with cool temperament
∎ Efficient in mathematical and analytical tasks
∎ Requirements:
∎ at least 4 - 5 years of demonstrated, progressive experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
∎ Experience with HRIS and MS Office, especially MS Excel
∎ Sound knowledge of compensation cycle management and all HR practices
∎ Familiarity with current labor rules/regulations
∎ Familiarity with different kinds of benefits and incentives
∎ Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
