Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced HR & Payroll professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in payroll management, recruitment, legal compliance, HR software integration.
Ensure all payroll practices comply with the Local Labor Act and international buyer code of conducts (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX)
Maintain updated records of minimum wage adjustments as per government gazettes.
Prepare the monthly employee separation list and ensure final settlement as per company policy.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Collaborate with HRIS/ERP systems to ensure payroll data accuracy.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and IT departments for payroll integration.
Coordinate with the accounts department for salary disbursement via bank or cash.
Supervise and monitor workers’ and staff attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and placement in line with approved plans.
Providing leave application and filing.
Collect daily attendance sheet and monitor late and absenteeism.
Coordinate employee engagement programs and internal communications
Support employee motivation and counseling programs (absenteeism, turnover, productivity, workplace conduct, etc.)
Participate in Workers’ Participation Committee (WPC) meetings and ensure effective grievance management.
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, preparing Offer Letter, Joining Letter, and conducting background checks, Joining and On-boarding, Orientation.
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain and update comprehensive employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave management through HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Process monthly payroll by validating attendance, leave, arrears, allowances, and authorized deductions; ensure timely submission and reporting to the HR Manager.
Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for junior to mid-level positions, including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Monitor daily attendance, shift scheduling, overtime, and leave management for factory workers. Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Supervise attendance, leave, and overtime management.
Handle employee grievance, disciplinary procedures, and labor law compliance.
Manage compensation & benefits, employee motivation, and engagement initiatives.
Ensure HR software integration and database updates.
Support talent management, career planning, rewards, and recognition programs.
Develop, review, and implement administrative policies and SOPs.
Prepare various types of payment sheets such as salary, overtime/allowance sheets, festival
bonus, earned leave encashment, annual increment, lunch bill, etc.
Earned Leave encashment facilities.
