Responsibilities & Context:
Execute yarn purchase activities following company procurement procedures.
Collect price offers, compare suppliers, and prepare purchase summaries.
Maintain up-to-date certification records of yarns (e.g., OEKO-TEX, GRS, BCI, Organic, RCS, etc.) as per buyer-wise requirements.
Ensure all yarn suppliers meet customer compliance and technical specifications.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and quality teams regarding yarn delivery and certification status.
Communicate with local and international suppliers for timely sourcing and follow-up.
Prepare reports on yarn purchase, consumption, and certification tracking.
