Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Kazi Farms is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Training & Development and Performance Management. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain practical skills essential for building a successful career in Human Resources.

Duration: 3 months (Paid)

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

  • Call candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.

  • Collect required documents from new hires and support the on-boarding process.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement programs and HR events.

  • Maintain and update records of upcoming joiners while tracking their on-boarding status.

  • Support the execution of training and development activities.

  • Assist in performance and rewards initiatives, including data management and documentation.
