  • 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably in PMS/OD/ T&D roles)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of KPI frameworks and performance appraisal methods

  • Experience in the RMG or manufacturing industry will be an advantage

  • High level of integrity and attention to detail

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute and maintain the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle (goal setting, mid-year review, annual appraisal);

  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely completion of performance evaluations;

  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management decision-making;

  • Support KPI setting, tracking, and alignment with organizational goals;

  • Assist in employee development planning and performance improvement initiatives;

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies;

  • Provide guidance to employees on PMS processes and tools.
