Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably in PMS/OD/ T&D roles)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of KPI frameworks and performance appraisal methods
Experience in the RMG or manufacturing industry will be an advantage
High level of integrity and attention to detail

Job Responsibilities:
Execute and maintain the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle (goal setting, mid-year review, annual appraisal);
Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely completion of performance evaluations;
Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management decision-making;
Support KPI setting, tracking, and alignment with organizational goals;
Assist in employee development planning and performance improvement initiatives;
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies;
Provide guidance to employees on PMS processes and tools.
