Responsibilities & Context:

Manpower Planning & Requisition:

Coordinate with respective departments to ensure manpower requisitions.

Maintain recruitment calendars and report updates to the line manager.

Recruitment & Selection:

Schedule interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates according to requisitions.

Ensure assessment of candidates and participation in the interview board.

Implement effective sourcing strategies: headhunting, social media, networking, internal database, and referral programs.

Onboarding & Documentation:

Generate offer letters, appointment letters, and manage onboarding processes with proper documentation.

Issue new joining circulars for respective employees.

Maintain and regularly update employee personal files and HRIS records.

Employee Facilities & Compliance:

Ensure issuance of office ID cards, name badges, uniforms, and visiting cards.

Manage efficient uniform and name badge requisitions, proper distribution, and franchise reporting.

Induction & Engagement:

Plan and execute systematic induction programs for new employees.

Support and arrange various employee engagement initiatives.

HR Support & Communication:

Maintain regular communication with staff to ensure HR support.

Monitor store groups for grooming and HR-related issues.

Maintain a calendar for regular store visits with a checklist.

Administrative Support:

Assist in subsidized lunch management, official tour arrangements, and other HR/Admin-related bills.

Health & Safety:

Oversee employee health and safety issues.

Efficiently manage all First Aid Boxes across work premises
