Human Resources (HR) Functions:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Creating job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation for new hires.
Employee Records: Maintaining and safeguarding both physical and digital employee files, including contracts and personal documentation.
Payroll & Benefits: Tracking attendance and leave records to prepare monthly payroll data and managing employee benefit programs.
Performance Management: Assisting managers with annual reviews and maintaining performance improvement records.
Policy Compliance: Ensuring all HR activities comply with local labor laws and internal company policies.
Administrative (Admin) Functions:
Office Operations: Overseeing office supplies, inventory management, and coordinating with vendors for maintenance or housekeeping.
Facility Management: Managing office assets, security, and ensuring the smooth running of the workplace environment.
Event Coordination: Organizing company meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
Documentation: Drafting official memos, letters for government authorities, and maintaining internal communication.
Sales Admin: Working closely with sales team to develop and activate the sales policy.
Any other responsibilities given by management.
