Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, Social Compliance, or related discipline.
Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer compliance standards, and sustainability frameworks.·
Strong skills in audit coordination, documentation, and reporting.·
Good communication and coordination skills with factory management, workers, and external auditors.·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).·
Must be fluent in writing and verbal English. ·
Excellent time management skills and Ability to work under pressure.·
Should have good interpersonal skill.·
Planning, organizing & prioritizing skills.
Conduct on-site social compliance audits in factories.
Conduct and follow up on audits related to GRS, RCS, GOTS, OCS, BWB, SEDEX, BSCI, ISO, WRAP, OEKO-TEX, FSC others.
Monitor implementation of compliance standards and ensure proper documentation.
Address and resolve worker and staff grievances effectively.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act and Labour Rules.
Maintain all compliance records, reports, and communication with buyers and auditors.
Conduct awareness sessions on fire safety, health, environmental, and social compliance.
Promote ethical practices and motivate employees to follow company rules and Code of Conduct.
Inspect workplace conditions, health & safety practices, and labour standards.
Verify compliance with local labor laws, buyer requirements, and international standards (such as ILO conventions, industry codes of conduct, and brand compliance guidelines).
Prepare clear, accurate, and objective audit reports based on audit findings.
Identify non-compliance issues and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
Monitor & ensure workplace health & safety, fire safety, welfare and environmental compliance issues.
Manage overall HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Support performance management, training, and employee development programs.
Coordinate manpower planning, payroll support, and employee welfare initiatives.
Maintain effective communication between management and employees.
