Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer compliance standards, and sustainability frameworks.·        

  • Strong skills in audit coordination, documentation, and reporting.·        

  • Good communication and coordination skills with factory management, workers, and external auditors.·   

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).·        

  • Must be fluent in writing and verbal English.      ·        

  • Excellent time management skills and Ability to work under pressure.·        

  • Should have good interpersonal skill.·        

  • Planning, organizing & prioritizing skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct on-site social compliance audits in factories.

  • Conduct and follow up on audits related to GRS, RCS, GOTS, OCS, BWB, SEDEX, BSCI, ISO, WRAP, OEKO-TEX, FSC others.

  • Monitor implementation of compliance standards and ensure proper documentation.

  • Address and resolve worker and staff grievances effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act and Labour Rules.

  • Maintain all compliance records, reports, and communication with buyers and auditors.

  • Conduct awareness sessions on fire safety, health, environmental, and social compliance.

  • Promote ethical practices and motivate employees to follow company rules and Code of Conduct.

  • Inspect workplace conditions, health & safety practices, and labour standards.

  • Verify compliance with local labor laws, buyer requirements, and international standards (such as ILO conventions, industry codes of conduct, and brand compliance guidelines).

  • Prepare clear, accurate, and objective audit reports based on audit findings.

  • Identify non-compliance issues and provide practical recommendations for improvement.

  • Monitor & ensure workplace health & safety, fire safety, welfare and environmental compliance issues.

  • Manage overall HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

  • Support performance management, training, and employee development programs.

  • Coordinate manpower planning, payroll support, and employee welfare initiatives.

  • Maintain effective communication between management and employees.
