Education:
• Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management/ Management or any relevant field from a reputed university.
Experience:
• At least 1 year experience for Assistant Officer (Admin & HR Officer) and 3 years’ experience for Officer (Admin & HR) in Admin & HR department.
• The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO with Micro-Credit.
Administrative Tasks:
• Manage office equipment and ensure timely repair & replacement for Head Office and Branch Offices specially for furniture, electricity, AC and office cleaning materials etc.
• Ensure timely payment of all utility bills.
• Ensure SIM allocation for Head Office and Branch Offices.
• Ensure employees’ mobile bills are processed and coordinate with bKash.
• Ensure staff ID card for Head Office and Field Offices.
• Assist in organizing internal meetings, trainings and events.
• Coordinate of CBRC/ MTI and Kalabagan Guest house/branch office guest rooms.
• Coordinate HO and BO in regards of safety & security.
• Supervise support staff including office assistants, cleaners and cook.
• Coordinate to allocate meeting room on the basis of priority.
• Prepare administrative note as required.
• Coordinate travel for HO and Branch offices.
• Support policy & procedure.
Human Resources Tasks:
• Coordinate walk-in interview with the HR team.
• Prepare the result sheet for the walk-in interview.
• Handle disciplinary issues.
• Handle Staff Information Bureau (SIB).
• Handle HR Software.
• Maintain, organize and ensure staff personnel file records, reports and documentation.
Monthly Salary: Negotiable during the probation period. After confirmation, gross salary will be BDT 31,107 for the Assistant Officer post & BDT 38,418 for the Officer post per month.
