Responsibilities & Context:
Process monthly payroll, salary, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records
Prepare payroll reports and salary statements
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company policies
Handle employee queries regarding salary and benefits
Support general HR activities and documentation
