Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mobilize climate vulnerable community at Southkhali, Sharonkhola including persons with disabilities for smooth implementation of the project,
∎ Organize and conduct regular meeting of self-help groups, i.e persons with disabilities and their organisations, disaster management committees, volunteers, mainstream DRR and CCA practicing organisations etc, in Wards and Union level,.
∎ Regular field visit as per work plan
∎ Ensure quality work in the field level
∎ Support to organize and facilitate different orientation, workshop, training etc in the field.
∎ Assist in organizing different day observation related to disability, disaster and climate change adaptation etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with local administration, government and non-government organizations.
∎ Ensure safeguarding of women, children and vulnerable adults
∎ Carry out any duties that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working Knowledge on DRR and CCA
∎ Experience in working at coastal area
∎ Able to mobilize community and to facilitate meetings
∎ Willingness and commitment to work closely with coastal community including persons with disabilities.
Salary: Tk. 14500 - 15000 (Monthly)
