Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring the accurate matching and application of colors in textiles.
∎ Develop and match colors to meet product specifications and customer requirements.
∎ Create color formulas and samples to meet design and production specifications.
∎ Work closely with the design and production teams to refine and adjust colors during the manufacturing process.
∎ Ensure color consistency and quality throughout the production process and identify and resolve any color issues or inconsistencies in the final products.
∎ Conduct tests to evaluate the colorfastness and durability of the product under various conditions
∎ Work with the R&D, production, and quality control teams to ensure the smooth implementation of color schemes in product designs.
∎ Analyze the impact of environmental factors (humidity, temperature, etc.) on color performance.
∎ Keep accurate records of color formulations, test results, and production batches.
∎ Provide color expertise and training to team members in the use of color equipment and standards.
