Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Master of Education (M.Ed)
∎ Training/ Trade Course: Diploma in Education

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Individual Education Plan (IEP) of the Children coming at the Children Friendly Space (CFS).
∎ Develop Individual Case File: Coordinate with the related professionals (e.g., Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychosocial Counsellors) for individual assessment and reassessment (to determine the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial development status of the child) of each child enrolling in the CFS.
∎ Design activities/intervention for the Children with and without disabilities at CFS based on the findings from the assessment and recommendations of the professionals.
∎ Review and develop the CFS program activities aligned with sector-specific standards, including Humanitarian Protection Standards.
∎ Identify the needs of related mainstream services of the Children and refer/link them to the mainstream organizations accordingly.
∎ Monitor and develop the biweekly Development Progress Report of each the Children those are enrolling the CFS.
∎ Supervise CFS Teachers and Volunteers to ensure quality implementation of the purposeful activities and events for children with and without disabilities at CFS.
∎ Attend related meetings as assigned.
∎ Prepare the monthly plan and weekly reports.
∎ Other related work, as assigned by the line Manger

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record in the field of Education.
∎ Excellent communication skills (both oral and written in English and Bangla)
∎ Negotiation and motivational skills
∎ Ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner with project stakeholders
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of cultural sensitivity is highly desirable.
∎ Experience of working with persons with disabilities would be an advantage.
∎ Good and critical analytical skills
∎ Excellent typing skill both in Bangla and English will be an advantage
∎ Team Working, planning and organising
∎ High degree of integrity and active listener
∎ Stress Tolerant, dedicated and hard working
∎ Willingness to undertake extensive field trip
∎ Ability to take initiative and generate ideas to complex situations
∎ Diplomacy skills and ability to understand and handle multiple perspectives
∎ Cross-cultural communication skills
∎ Ability to prioritize workload in fast paced environment and handle stress with limited supervision
∎ Willingness to learn and take on progressive portfolio of responsibilities
∎ Excellent oral and written English and Bangla and capacity to product learning documents and products

Salary:
∎ Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Accommodation Allowance Tk. 5000/- (Monthly), if anyone outside from Cox`s Bazar District.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ You will also enjoy festival allowance calculated on prorate basis.
