∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive change
∎ Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role

∎ Designing programs to enhance employee performance, leadership development, and career growth
∎ Leading the design of competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain talent
∎ Ensuring HR policies comply with local, state, and government regulations
∎ Leveraging data and technology to inform HR decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
∎ Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the board on all people-related matters
∎ Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and drive business success
