Job Context:
∎ As a key member of the Senior Management Team, THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, implementing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.
∎ As an integral part of this journey, we are seeking dynamic, responsible and innovative individual for the Senior Management Post.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish credibility of Accounts & Finance department by providing timely and accurate accounting and financial services to the entire group
∎ Maintain strong relationships with management team members so as to identify their needs and advise them on the financial implications of business activities
∎ Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
∎ Financial restructuring to reduce Interest expenses & overcome shortage of working capital.
∎ Prepare and implement short, medium and long term financial plans to achieve business goals.
∎ Provide advice on TAX & VAT planning (Within current legislation to enable them to minimize the Tax liabilities.
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information, statements and reports.
∎ Ensure efficient fund management portfolio for the company
∎ Support production and marketing teams through product costing analysis and pricing
∎ Managing funds to maximize return on investment and minimizing risks
∎ Implementation of effective Internal Audit in all operation of the company.
∎ Review Operational performance
∎ Assisting Management in the formulation of its overall strategic directions
∎ Ensuring adequate control structures over transfer and investment of Funds
∎ Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
∎ Guide management for establishing sound financial management practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in large garments manufacturing Company
∎ Export-Import, Commercial, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
∎ Computer literate (MS office)
