Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the room for improvement in operational activities and set strategy, ensure that improvement has taken in place.
∎ Work closely with the Management of the company and manage multi-year strategic planning of the company.
∎ Spearheading strategies to steer the company's future in a positive direction.
∎ Driving the company's operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
∎ Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives to address theft and other losses Reducing financing costs and market returns.
∎ Ensure efficient and timely procurement of raw materials and machinery.
∎ Continually manage trade price to maximize profitability in addition to identifying and discontinuing loss making products.
∎ Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices.
∎ Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.
∎ Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
