Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate and monitor chanachur production machinery.
∎ Set up and adjust machines for different batch sizes and recipes.
∎ Ensure consistent production quality and troubleshoot issues as needed.
∎ Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and consistency.
∎ Ensure all products meet company standards and customer specifications.
∎ Perform regular taste tests and quality checks.
∎ Maintain accurate records of production quantities, batch numbers, and ingredients used.
∎ Complete daily production reports and logs.
∎ Track inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies.
∎ Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas regularly.
∎ Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on production machinery.
∎ Ensure machines are properly shut down and cleaned at the end of each shift.
