∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Buyers Compliance (BSCI, Compliance Audit, Labor Law, Social Compliance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate standard compliance manual(s) for the entire Group and update on an on-going basis.
∎ Implement compliance standards as per regulators’ and buyers’ requirement.
∎ Carry out regular compliance audit in all the Business Units, analyze the gaps and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports to the management.
∎ Provide compliance training to the relevant employees on regular basis.
∎ Form central compliance team capable of discharging all compliance related support to all the textile based SBU's

Additional Requirements:
∎ Maintaining Internal (All Units, all departments) and External (Govt. offices, Government Labor Departments, Employees’ Association and other National Trade Bodies, Direct or indirect buyer, Third party auditor) communication.
∎ An in-depth knowledge and experience of IR(industrial relations).
∎ Knowledge on compensation and benefit.
∎ Knowledge on safety, security and compliance issues
