∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Technical and Financial proposal for new projects in acquiring potential clients in the context of both local Govt. , Non Govt and international markets
∎ Having an in-depth knowledge of Construction Business
∎ Maintaining communication and correspondence with relevant stakeholder, Clients and associated partners
∎ Locating and proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners
∎ Discovering and exploring opportunities both in local and international arenas
∎ Developing negotiation strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals
∎ Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
∎ Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
∎ Sophisticated project management skills including developing schedules, budgets, project controls, managing contracts, negotiations, and client relations
∎ Must have good knowledge about Business Environment in Bangladesh.
∎ Planning and executing new marketing initiative.
∎ Experience coordinating multiple projects and consultants
∎ Maintaining communication and correspondence with relevant stakeholder, Clients and associated partners.
∎ Handling Institutional projects / Government department's e.g (PSUs, State Electricity Board, Civil and Industrial Segment).
∎ Study of the competitor's market for business analysis.
∎ Ensure RFP and RFQ submission in timely manner and all the related queries are being handled in appropriate way.
