Responsibilities & Context:

Lead and manage business development functions, including opportunity identification, qualification, capture planning, and proposal development.

Develop and implement business development strategies to expand ENRAC’s portfolio in environmental, social, land acquisition, and engineering consultancy services.

Identify and track new business opportunities (EOIs, RFPs, RFQs) aligned with the company’s expertise and growth objectives.

Lead the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely submission and compliance with client requirements, including technical and financial proposals.

Establish and execute capture strategies, including forming strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and vendor relationships.

Review and analyze client requirements, tender documents, and bid materials to develop competitive and high-quality submissions.

Coordinate with technical teams to prepare approach, methodology, work plans, staffing schedules, and cost estimates.

Oversee preparation and finalization of EOIs, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for potential clients.

Maintain and update proposal/project databases (PDS) and ensure proper documentation of business development activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Manage consultant/expert sourcing, including identification, engagement, and maintenance of a qualified expert pool.

Support preparation and review of MoUs, LoAs, PoAs, and other contractual/administrative documents related to business development.

Represent the organization in meetings, networking events, and industry forums to enhance visibility and generate leads.

Ensure effective coordination across departments to achieve business targets and proposal deliverables.

Monitor market trends and conduct competitor and sector analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Provide regular reporting and presentations on business development performance, pipeline, and outcomes to management.
