Experience:
1–3 years of experience in reception/front desk or administrative role (consulting/office environment preferred).Strong communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to handle pressure and maintain courteous behavior with diverse stakeholders.
Serve as the first point of contact, receiving and greeting clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Maintain a visitor log and coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for office staff.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, document handling, filing, and record keeping.
Assist in correspondence management, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching official letters and courier items.
Support coordination of meetings, workshops, and consultations, including arranging logistics when required.
Maintain the office reception area in an organised and presentable condition at all times.
Coordinate with internal teams for communication and documentation support.
Ensure proper handling of confidential information and documents.
Assist in basic office management tasks, including inventory of stationery and supplies.
