Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Full Capacity Availability
∎ Maintaining Morale
∎ Providing High Service Quality
∎ Cleanliness and Security
∎ Co-ordination with the overall system (HQ)
∎ Arranging holidays so that no unforeseen shortage happens
∎ Training of staff to use software and behave properly.
∎ Minimize wastage and packing material used
∎ Knowing everyone in the warehouse. Having a personal touch to the relationship.
∎ Inspiring people to go beyond their roles
∎ Hiring of appropriate staff. There should be a match in qualification and position.
∎ Manager should feel for the staff and express their viewpoint to a higher authority
∎ Needs to bring personality and team spirit into the warehouse
∎ Understand route planning and ensure that the most efficient routes are being taken.
∎ Oversee performance of Quality Officer, Dispatch In-charge, and Ops In-charge
∎ Analyse the failures of the previous day and figure out how to solve it
∎ Coordinate with customer service to handle special cases
∎ Train all staff to behave politely and nicely with customers
∎ Ensure proper handling of perishables and frozen items
∎ Ensure proper dress code for every one
∎ Security of products and personnel to be ensured
∎ Follow instructions of Operations Director
∎ Pro-Active.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 21000 - 21600 (Monthly)
