∎ B.sc in Electrical and Electronics/ Mechanical from a reputed institute either from local or abroad.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Effective Business Communication Skill, Organizing Controlling
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Able to work under pressure, Business Development or Operation Management, english fluency
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Escalator/Elevator/Lift
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for development, implementation, and attainment of annual targets and plans
∎ Executes implementation of objectives/initiatives for the new equipment business, service (i.e. Safety, Quality, market share, etc).
∎ Responsible for managing HR-related processes including people development, staffing, compensation, performance management, etc.
∎ Develops and fosters communication between all departments including effective problem resolution.
∎ Responsible for creating an environment of customer/employee satisfaction.
∎ Manages Corporate Compliance, proper business practices, and code of conduct. Ensures operations conform to government regulations.
∎ Direct Department heads to achieve planned goals and initiatives.
∎ Visit job sites to ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
∎ Assist in collections on problem accounts
∎ Leadership responsibilities include operational goal setting, P & L accountability, employee coaching, mentoring and development, and performance management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering from local/abroad.
∎ The candidate should have prior elevator/escalator field experience, preferably Mitsubishi Elevators & Escalators.
∎ Good leadership, problem-solving skill with strong technical knowledge
∎ Self-motivated individual
