• Collaboration: Working with other departments. 
• Technician Management: Handling rosters, conveyance, and bills.
• Training Coordination: Organizing training sessions for the maintenance team.
• Documentation: Keeping and updating maintenance-related documents.
• Reporting: Preparing reports and updating the monthly tracker.
• Client Communication: Managing service, spares, safety, and payment communications.
• Offer Preparation: Creating maintenance and repair offers for customers.
• SAP Management: Updating SAP entries related to maintenance. 
• Service Management: Handling callbacks, service registration, and allocation.
• Financial Documentation: Preparing offer letters, estimations, and invoices.
• Data Entry: Recording maintenance activities and following up on payments.
