- Collaboration: Working with other departments.
- Technician Management: Handling rosters, conveyance, and bills.
- Training Coordination: Organizing training sessions for the maintenance team.
- Documentation: Keeping and updating maintenance-related documents.
- Reporting: Preparing reports and updating the monthly tracker.
- Client Communication: Managing service, spares, safety, and payment communications.
- Offer Preparation: Creating maintenance and repair offers for customers.
- SAP Management: Updating SAP entries related to maintenance.
- Service Management: Handling callbacks, service registration, and allocation.
- Financial Documentation: Preparing offer letters, estimations, and invoices.
- Data Entry: Recording maintenance activities and following up on payments.
