∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and submit the maintenance AMC proposal for Conversion, Renewal, and Recovery.
∎ Follow up with customers, negotiate, and conclude the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
∎ Update in SAP software as per the DOA.
∎ Raise invoices according to the terms of the AMC and submit them to customers on time.
∎ Follow up and collect payments on time as per the payment terms to avoid outstanding payments.
∎ Conduct timely reviews of problem areas with the department head and initiate necessary actions.
∎ Communicate any complaints received from customers to the complaints cell promptly.
∎ Periodically update the HOD regarding receivables and the backlog of renewals, taking necessary actions as needed.
∎ Establish effective coordination between the Service Sales Department and other related Departments.
∎ Maintain strong customer relationships.
∎ Meet, follow up, and generate inquiries with customers to revive maintenance contracts lost to competitors.
∎ Generate inquiry and convert foreign brand elevators to our portfolio in accordance with internal procedures.
