Escalator/Elevator/Lift
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain close contacts with the main contractors, owners and consultants to update the market information at regular intervals.
∎ Assisting consultants / owners by providing traffic analysis, tender specifications and design details enabling them to decide on proper elevator eqpt for the projects under design.
∎ Receiving tender enquiries, studying and preparing quotations in consultation with the Manager - Marketing & Sales.
∎ Submitting the quotations and following up the tender with the customers.
∎ Handle SM projects both Technical and Commercial.
∎ Negotiating and concluding contracts with the customers
∎ Following up with customers for receipt of L/C, wherever involved.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to complete the projects with client satisfaction.
∎ Following up with customers / consultants for getting the layout drawings approved and finalizing the specifications and finishes and process orders for Manufacturing and send necessary documents to HO.
∎ Preparing and submitting monthly reports to the Manager - Marketing & Sales.
∎ Ensure compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Fluency in English (verbal & written) is preferred.
∎ Experience in the field of Elevators & Escalators is a must.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ The remuneration package will depend on the expertise & competencies of candidate with relevant job knowledge.
