Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and bake high-quality bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products according to company standards.
Conduct live baking demonstrations to customers, distributors, and staff using IREKS products and recipes.
Develop and test new recipes to showcase product versatility and quality.
Proper dough handling, proofing, baking techniques, and product finishing.
Maintain consistency in product quality, presentation, and taste in all baking outputs.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery area, equipment, tools, and workstations.
Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and notify management when reordering is needed.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times during preparation and demonstrations.
Assist with planning and organizing baking events, workshops, and promotional activities.
Provide feedback to improve bakery operations, demonstration techniques, and customer experience.
