Responsibilities & Context:

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to represent user needs and perspectives in research and development initiatives, translating technological innovations into desirable, functional, and commercially viable products or services that meet market demands and support business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate user needs and market demands into innovative, functional, and manufacturable product designs.

• Prepare detailed 2D & 3D product and mold designs using industry-standard CAD/CAM software.

• Perform structural design and analysis of components and molds to ensure durability and performance.

• Develop and execute VMC & CNC machine programming for accurate and efficient production.

• Closely follow up on mold manufacturing to ensure quality standards and timely completion.

• Ensure on-time mold repairing and maintenance to avoid production interruption due to mold-related issues.

• Coordinate with local and international suppliers for mold manufacturing, repair, and component development.

• Source appropriate mold materials to improve product quality while optimizing mold cost.

• Lead and support the launch of new and innovative products in line with market trends and customer requirements.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in design, tooling, and production processes
