Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Controis the temperature & atmosphere of Biscuit Kiln
∎ 2. Controls the temperature & atmosphere of Glost Kiln
∎ 3. Controls the temperature & atmosphere of Decoration Kiln
∎ 4. Prepares loading plan/Work instructions for green, biscuit & decorated wares
∎ 5. Checks quality of kiln furniture & ensures life cycle as per SOP
∎ 6. Properly monitors of biscuit & WW loss & root cause analysis for loses 7. Checks the firing related defects & arranges to control as per standard
∎ 8. Monitors the glazing production for reducing process loss
∎ 9. Always discusses concurred matters with Manager, firing and GM, PD & QC & GM, production
