Experience:
Maintain a strong communication with the shift in charge of previous shift and Inspect the production floor and find the empty looms or looms which are going to be empty in running shift. Then create a beam up list and instruct mechanical department.
Distribution of man-power.
Timely record all important information which is related to production in log book and maintain a strong communication with superiors and other sections about production related issues.
Solving the mechanical and electrical break down by mechanical section, electrical section so that the quality and production can be ensured.
Maintain stock of the products producing from looms and keep all loose stock data in a register book manually.
To carry out day to day production operational recordings of the total production per shift, efficiency and other production related activities in weaving section.
Making a list of operators who are assigned in different looms to prepare a daily incentive list.
Supervision of different task like tie up, loom running, fabric quality etc.
Implementing production operational strategies and procedures in production floor.
Creating daily production report of running shift.
Complete other tasks which are provided by superiors.
